The red and near infrared (NIR) light therapy pad is one of our personal favourites. A roll-up portable full length mat with a large number of powerful red and NIR LEDs - 1260 to be precise - at a ratio of 4:1, delivering 75W of power.
Lying directly onto the light surface, the LEDs are covered by a plastic protective layer which is non sticky and does not get hot. You can relax, sleep, read, or exercise on the mat!
The mat measures 63" x 27.6" so is suitable even for tall individuals. You can lie on your back, on your front or on your side, depending on which part of the body you wish to treat, You can even use the pad in combination with a canopy mask, as shown in one of the images.
